Commercial cleaning contracts with 'PB Cleaning Services' offer a comprehensive range of services including:
- Any combination of weekly visits are available. (up to five days a week)
- Specifications are always agreed prior to the start of a contract.
- We incorporate satisfaction surveys so that the customer is always happy that work has been carried out to the agreed specification.
- We can operate evening shifts to minimise the disruption to your staff.
- We are flexible and distance is no object, in fact we may already be working in your area, which in turn would help to keep prices at a reasonable level.

Builders Cleans
'PB Cleaning Services' do approximately 40 builders cleans a year for a number of construction companies in the Wiltshire area. We have a great deal of experience working on these types of project including refurbished homes and listed buildings, NHS premises both surgeries and hospitals, schools and office buildings often with little notice and too very tight deadlines.
Services include:
- Dusting
- Descaling
- Windows and frames (both interior and exterior)
- Vacuuming
- Floor cleaning (inclusive of stripping, sealing and mopping)
- Removal of protective covers and residues
Carpet Cleaning
'PB Cleaning Services' uses widely recommended methods from leading manufacturers for it's carpet and upholstery cleaning.
Hot water extraction:-
- An advanced and thorough method of cleaning carpets and upholstery.
- Works by injecting hot water and chemicals onto the surface to be cleaned and then simultaneously vacuuming it up together with all the ground in dirt grease and odours.
- It cleans and dries quickly.
Bonnet buffing:-
- Cleans by friction using a soft pad that has been impregnated with cleaning solution and then buffed over the carpet surface.
